The NHS wait is years, not months
Most areas have 3–5 year waiting lists. You shouldn’t have to wait that long to get clarity about your own mind — or your child’s.
-
You’ve been wondering for years
The struggles are real, but you’ve never had a proper answer. An assessment gives you something concrete — not just a label, but a path forward.
-
School needs documentation now
EHCP applications, exam support, teacher intervention — they all require a formal report. We provide exactly that.
-
Work and life are harder than they should be
Adults with undiagnosed ADHD often feel like they’re always trying harder than everyone else for the same results. Understanding why changes everything.

Frequently asked questions
What happens during an ADHD assessment?
Your clinician conducts a structured 60–90 minute video interview covering your history, symptoms, daily functioning and relevant background. You’ll also complete validated rating scales before the session. For children, a parent or caregiver participates throughout.
How much does a private ADHD assessment cost?
Our assessments start from £795 for adults and children. If you’ve already completed our £47 Clarity Call, that amount is credited in full to your assessment fee.
Is an online ADHD assessment valid?
Yes. Online assessments conducted by qualified clinicians following NICE guidelines are clinically valid. Our reports are accepted by GPs, schools, universities, employers and local authorities across the UK.
Can adults be diagnosed with ADHD?
Absolutely. Many adults reach their 30s, 40s or beyond without ever being assessed. Adult ADHD is well-recognised and our assessments are designed to capture adult presentations, which often differ significantly from childhood symptoms.
How long does it take to receive my report?
Your report is delivered within 7 days of your assessment appointment. We aim to be faster where possible.
Can I use the report with my GP?
Yes. Your report includes a GP summary letter. Your GP can use this to support further referrals, medication pathways, or workplace and school accommodations immediately.
What happens if ADHD is not diagnosed?
If the assessment doesn’t result in an ADHD diagnosis, your report will still explain the clinical findings and may suggest alternative explanations or routes to support. Many clients find this clarity itself extremely valuable.
Do you prescribe ADHD medication?
We don’t prescribe medication directly — we provide the diagnostic assessment and report. Your report includes clear recommendations for next steps including referral pathways for medication titration if appropriate, which your GP can act on.
Can I use the report for school or an EHCP?
Yes. Reports for children include the documentation required to support EHCP applications and school provision requests. We work with families across England, Scotland and Wales.
Do I need a GP referral to book?
No. You can book directly without a GP referral. We’re a private service and self-referral is accepted.
Not sure if you need a full assessment yet?
That’s exactly what our £47 Clarity Call is for. A 15-minute conversation with one of our specialists will tell you honestly whether a full assessment is the right next step — and if you proceed with us, the £47 is credited in full.
Stop wondering. Start knowing.
